The academic year is split into two semesters. The first semester from 8th September 2008 until 13th March 2009, the second semester and the end of year work experience is from 16th March 2009 until the end of the work experience. The oral defences will take place in September 2009.
During the first semester, the teaching will be of 466 hours of lectures and practical work, and approximately 150 hours of project work (known in France as a chef d'œuvre or “masterpiece”).
The semester is divided into 8 teaching units as follows:
